The SEC-E580SV-Y 4-Axis Automatic Glue Dispensing Robot is a compact and high-precision desktop dispensing system designed for automated adhesive application, bonding and dispensing processes.
The machine combines a four-axis motion platform, CCD visual positioning, PC-based control and automatic glue feeding into a single integrated system. This allows manufacturers to automate repetitive glue dispensing operations while maintaining consistent positioning and dispensing performance.
The desktop XYZ motion platform provides a working travel of 500mm in X, 300mm in Y and 100mm in Z, allowing the machine to handle a variety of workpiece sizes and dispensing patterns.
