The Automatic AB Glue Dispensing & Mixing Machine is an industrial solution for accurately measuring, mixing and dispensing two-component liquid adhesives. The system separately stores and meters Component A and Component B, combines them according to the programmed mixing ratio and dispenses the mixed adhesive at a controlled rate.
The machine is equipped with a PLC control system, touchscreen interface and hand controller, providing convenient operation and parameter adjustment. Depending on the adhesive characteristics and production requirements, the machine can use a precision gear pump or screw pump for metering.
The adjustable mixing ratio allows the machine to handle different two-component adhesive formulations. The supplied configuration supports an A:B ratio from 100:100 to 100:10, which can be adjusted according to the actual material requirement.
The system can operate with either static or dynamic mixing, providing flexibility for different adhesive materials and production processes. Optional functions such as material stirring, tank temperature control, automatic feeding and vacuum degassing can also be integrated according to the application.
