The WIN17WSS5PC/FC series is designed for use with 600T-1300T plastic injection molding machines. It features a five-axis AC servo drive with an AC servo axis on the wrist. The A-axis has a rotation angle of 360° and the C-axis has a rotation angle of 180°, allowing for flexible fixture angle adjustment. The system offers high accuracy, a long lifespan, a low failure rate, and simple maintenance.
Primarily used for quick or complex angle injection, it is especially suitable for molding long-shaped products such as automotive components, washing machine parts, and household appliances. The integrated five-axis driver and controller system requires fewer signal lines, supports long-distance communication, and exhibits excellent expansion performance and anti-interference capability.
